My first week in Spain was awesome and interesting. I lived in a youth hostel which was a like a motel with other roommates. On my second day I went exploring in hopes to find my school and to my surprise, everybody was nice giving me directions and advices at the same time. I found my place with help and found student housing in the same day. Through my new roommates I found more international students, who made me feel at home. I am very happy to receive my Gilman scholarship sponsored through the World Language Department and the Travel Office at Arkansas State University. I already feel my Spanish improving with my immersion study abroad in Spain!!!
